Juice cleansing works well for both physically and mentally


I'm on a juice cleans now.
Juice cleansing is a kind of a diet to flush  toxins from the body by drinking nothing but juice .
This time I planed a 3-day  cleanse .Today is the 2nd day.

You might think  people  feel very hungry  during the cleans.
But  I don't  feel hungry at all .Actually I always feel much better during cleansing.
I've been mainly vegetarian for more than 10 years and I am used to this kind of practice ,for example ,  eating raw food , fasting etc...
But when I looked back at the my very first  fasting , I felt very hungry .
But after the fasting ,  I felt much  more energetic and reguvenated .After that, cleansing became a regular routine for me.

I have fasted 3 or 4 times a year for the last 4 years.  The last time was about 6 months ago.
I had to take a break from a healthy diet to experience the delicious food on my recent trips to Tokyo and Paris.

But I noticed that my sinus allergies became worse because of the food I ate ( even though it was fantastic ).

Now I'm in my second day of cleansing and my allergies are getting better.
My 5  senses  always work really well  during and after cleansing.
Another important reason why I  cleanse  is to quite my busy mind.
Body detoxifying is also mind detoxifying .

Sometime my mind is full of thoughts ( and most of them are not so important !) and it's restless .
Based on my personal experience, eating a lot of food too often can make one's mind restless.
less food means more calm the mind.
I think cleansing the body is one of the  best ways to find peace of  mind .
For me , it works better  than yoga and meditation.

Now I find my mind more peaceful and my performance improves at work.
I feel light both physically and mentally  and I'm fresh !



Juice for cleansing should be cold pressed juice to avoid  enzyme loss .
I make my juice at home with cold pressed juice maker.

Ideally,All veg and fruits should be  organic for cleansing.
